HG30-E2-KIT-KK Lubrication unit
Lubrication cartridge reduces costs by reducing lubricant consumption and increasing inter-service intervals, therefore the service life of the guide increases. The cartridge can be filled with any appropriate grease depending on the required operating conditions and does not require specific maintenance. The cartridge can be removed or installed on a carriage already mounted on the guide and can be used regardless of the installation dimensions. Designation of the cartridge HG30-E2-KIT-KK: HG30 – cartridge for the HG series profile rail guide size 30 (high load capacity rolling guide with ball rolling elements); E2 – lubrication cartridge; KIT – fastening elements kit; KK – carriage with double mechanical end-seal and metal scraper
