HG45-ZW-KIT-C Sealing system
End seal with double sealing lip with scraper, improved bottom seal and additional top seal. Allows the use of HIWIN linear guides in extremely dirty and dusty environment. Sealing system provides optimal protection against the dirt, dust and liquids. The end seal is resistant to oil, grease and wear. An additional top seal protects from debris entering through the top the guide. An improved bottom seal protects the side-walls of the guide from debris. The imrpoved metal scraper protects against contamination particles > 0.2 mm and protects the end seal from damage. Designation of the seal HG45-ZW-KIT-C: HG45 – seal for the HG series profile rail guide size 45 (high load capacity rolling guide with ball rolling elements); ZW – carriage with end seal with double sealing lip + bottom seal + additional top seal + metal scraper; KIT – fastening elements kit (for both ends); C - kit for normal length carriage.
